3. Functional requirements:

1. Powertrain disassembly and assembly training module

(1) The motor type is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a maximum output torque of 310N.m, a rated torque of 160N.m, a maximum input power of 160kW, a rated power of 80kW, and a maximum output speed of 12000rpm.

(2) The transmission is a single-speed fixed gear ratio transmission.

(3) The table load is supported by square tubes, and the table top is equipped with high-quality stainless steel bending panels, which are made of real stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, evenly stressed, and supported by thickened steel plates under the tabletop, with strong load-bearing capacity and not easy to deform.

(4) The desktop is tiled ≥ 5mm thickness insulating pad, which can effectively avoid the damage caused by the slippage of parts or oil stains on the table surface during the disassembly and assembly process, and can also avoid the damage of components caused by hard contact between each component.

(5) The powertrain provided by the platform fully meets the testing and debugging requirements of motor insulation resistance, grounding resistance, air tightness, etc.
