Commercial Vehicle Engine Training Platform

1 Teaching Use. It is used for the study of the structure and principle of the four-in-one machine of the national V engine electronic control system of heavy commercial vehicles, the evaluation of practical skills, the study of control principles and control logic.

2 Technical Requirements
The test bench is faulty, and the test bench is composed of two parts: the panel bench of the diesel electric control system, and the basic bench and the panel bench are connected by aviation plugs;

The basic bench has physical parts of the original car, including 1 diesel engine assembly, complete air intake system, complete exhaust system, complete cooling system, complete engine electronic control system, complete charging and starting system, complete urea injection system, complete reduction box, complete urea system heating device, instrument, fuse box, ignition switch, and 1 standard DLC diagnostic interface;

3)  The heavy-duty engine is 6-cylinder in-line, high-pressure common rail, which meets the needs of China V emissions, the engine runs smoothly, no abnormal noise, no oil leakage, and the power is more than 420 horsepower;

4) The auto parts on the foundation bench are laid out with reference to the real car, so that the installation position and structure of the parts can be easily and clearly understood;

5) The panel bench of the diesel electric control system has the schematic diagram of the complete electronic control system of the diesel engine, the controller of the urea injection system, the principle of the charging and starting system, and the schematic diagram of the internal module and the structure of the components;
