It is used for the cognition of the structure and principle of the pneumatic brake system of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, the training of fault diagnosis ability, and the experimental bench for parts testing.
1.2 Technical parameters:
1. The original car parts on the bench include air desiccant, front axle air reservoir, rear axle air reservoir, hand brake air reservoir, regenerative air reservoir, auxiliary air reservoir, four-circuit protection valve, brake foot valve, parking valve, brake chamber for 4 wheels, brake shoes for 4 wheels, brakes, and 4 ABS solenoid valves. ABS solenoid valve power supply port, relay valve, brake pipeline, 16 barometers, 24V DC power switch, air compressor drive motor switch.
2. 220V maintenance-free electric twin-cylinder compressor on the bench;
3. The location of the parts is roughly close to the direction and position of the actual vehicle;
4. The compressor air is filtered through an air filter;
5. Each component is placed in a reasonable position, beautiful, and easy to see the appearance characteristics;
6. Different types of air pressure pipelines are expressed by different colors (please refer to the color of the actual vehicle pipeline), the pipeline direction is concise and clear, it is easy to see the pipeline direction, and the layout of straight walking or turning straight is adopted;
7. The bench is equipped with a teaching board, which accurately draws the system composition and component connection diagram, and the color of the pipeline is consistent with the color of the actual pipeline (the color after being treated);
8. It can carry out practical verification of ABS holding, pressurization and pressure relief;
9. The working principle and technical parameters of each component can be verified;
10. 1 air exhaust switch and 1 air pressure gauge are connected in parallel at the rear axle brake pipeline to simulate the air leakage of the rear axle brake pipeline, and the switch can be directly connected in series in the pipeline, which is convenient for operation.
11. The front axle brake pipeline is equipped with an air exhaust switch and a barometer in parallel to simulate the air leakage of the front axle brake pipeline, and the switch can be directly connected in series in the pipeline, which is convenient for operation.
12. The pipeline coming out of the four-loop protection valve is connected with 4 atmospheric exhaust switches and 4 barometers in parallel to simulate the air leakage of the brake pipeline, and the switch can be directly connected in series in the pipeline, which is convenient for operation.
13. The air pump output pipeline is connected with 1 barometer, the parking brake air chamber pipeline is provided with 1 air exhaust switch, and 1 barometer is connected in parallel;
14. The barometer is connected by a 6mm gas pipeline;
15. 4 universal casters are used to support the bench; The first two universal casters with locking function; the last two universal casters; The casters and benches are fixed with screws to facilitate equipment repair and maintenance; Caers: ≥150mm×60mm (diameter × width); The support strength of casters ≥ 200KG.
16. The brake part is protected against accidental pinching, and the accessories of the moving parts are covered by transparent acrylic sheets.
