1. The training bench should be composed of the original components of the manual air conditioning system of the Volkswagen Jetta car, the mechanical connection and electrical connection between the main components are the same as the original car, the installation layout is reasonable, easy to disassemble and assemble, and the training bench can fully demonstrate the composition, structure and working process of the manual air conditioning system of the original car;
2. The control mode of this training platform should be exactly the same as the actual vehicle operation, the refrigeration system is driven by three asynchronous motors, the heating source is replaced by an electric water heater, and is equipped with the original car dashboard, ignition switch, air conditioning control panel, and can manually operate the air conditioning system under working conditions such as ventilation, refrigeration, and heating;
3. The training platform is equipped with a vertical color high-definition UV inkjet teaching board, which can completely display the working circuit diagram of the manual air conditioning system, and is equipped with a detection terminal, which can realize the use of a multimeter and an oscilloscope to detect the changes in voltage, resistance, waveform and frequency signal of each circuit element through the detection terminal;
4. There are pressure gauges and temperature gauges installed on the training bench panel, which can display the parameter changes of air conditioning pipeline pressure and inlet and outlet temperature in real time;
5. The training bench must have the functions of checking and replacing the air conditioning filter element of the air conditioning system, detecting the leak of the refrigeration system and filling the refrigerant filling operation, and diagnosing and eliminating common faults;
6. The training bench should be equipped with an OBD-II diagnostic seat, which can be connected to a special or general-purpose automotive decoder to carry out self-diagnosis functions such as fault code reading, clearing, and data flow reading for the engine electronic control unit and air conditioning system.
